The Garmin Nuvi 765 has all the features you could possibly want in a In Car Navigator. With lane assist, you are guided to the correct lane for an upcoming turn or exit, making unfamiliar intersections and exits easy to navigate. It realistically displays road signs and intersections on your route along with arrows that indicate the proper lane for navigation.

Also new is 3D Building view - see selected buildings (Australia only) on the map as you drive for enhanced situational awareness. The Nuvi 765 comes preloaded with detailed maps (City Navigator) for both Australia and New Zealand. These maps feature over 600,000 points of interest in Australia and 110,000 in New Zealand, including hotels, restaurants, service stations, ATMs and attractions with map data provided by Whereis. The Nuvi 765 will speak street names ("Turn Right on Elm Street in 500m") and is also compatible with the optional traffic receiver (GTM20) to give you real-time alerts about traffic delays and the option to route around them. (Traffic Alerts are currently available in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne).

With ecoRoute preloaded, you can save money on fuel costs by finding more fuel-efficient routes and receive real-time feedback on the efficiency of your driving. Also features the "Where Am I?" helpscreen, to show your exact current location, and a massive 1.84 GB of internal memory (approx 1.2 GB free memory).



The Nuvi 765 has Bluetooth wireless technology, which enables hands-free connectivity with your compatible mobile phone. It also contains an FM Transmitter, so you can listen to the audio (including voice prompts & MP3s) from your Nuvi 765 through your car stereo. When you remove your Nuvi 765 from the windscreen mount it will automatically mark the position so you can find your car.
