The GPSMAP 5012 features an unprecedented touchscreen interface, along with a satellite-enhanced worldwide basemap and a 30.7 cm screen that makes navigation as easy as pointing your finger.

The touchscreen makes using the streamlined, menu driven interface a breeze. There are plenty of functions and features literally at your fingertips. The ultra-bright display lets you view detailed maps with ease! Hook up live video streams from onboard cameras and enjoy the crisp, quality resolution.

Multiple network ports allow for customisation to suit your exact needs. You can connect and control a whole array of remote sensors and datalinks - like colour radar & sonar & much more! The built-in worldwide satellite basemap depicts shorelines and other surface features as a "view-from-space". Expand the mapping by adding optional BlueChart® g2 Vision™ to add true 3D-view detailed mapping capabilities for both above and below the waterline, as well as other handy features.

There are audible alarms for anchor drag, arrival, off-course, clock, low battery and GPS accuracy to alert when there is a problem.

The GPSMAP 5012 will integrate seamlessly into your vessel with the introduction of the new through-chassis mountable case design.
