Garmin nuvi 465T - A wealth of information for truckies, small and large.

The Garmin Nuvi 465T features a large 4.3 inch widescreen, and is loaded with the latest Navteq traffic data, to help avoid traffic, and truck restricted routes.

Users enter their truck's dimensions and load restrictions, and the Nuvi 465T will adjust the routes based on this specific truck profile using the mapping data. Create custom vehicle profiles tailored to what you're driving and what you're hauling.

Specialised routing is used, to support truck-related restrictions (customisable by height, weight, length, width and hazardous materials). Simply enter dimensions and load restrictions and the nuvi 465T guides you according to your requirements. You can even enter multiple-point routing so that you can take a more efficient route between multiple stops along your trip.

Warning information of upcoming road conditions to make you aware of possible hazards along the route, such as sharp curves and steep grades. You'll also get lateral wind warnings and notification when the road narrows. It's the safe way to travel down the highway.

The Nuvi 465T also supports Bluetooth handsfree wireless technology with a built-in microphone and speaker. Simply dial numbers on the touchscreen, or tap the screen to answer calls.

The included FM traffic receiver shows alerts about traffic delays and road construction that lie ahead on your route. Simply touch the nuvi's screen to view traffic details or detour around the problem area.

The nuvi 465T features lane assist, which guides you to the right lane at the right time – especially helpful when navigating complex highway interchanges. Also features spoken street names, multiple destination routing with auto-sort, speed limit indicators, and has a high sensitivity GPS built in removing the need for an external antenna in most situations.
