Memory Map DVD with Geoscience, Hema and Satellite mapping for all Australia. The DVD features GPS computer and PDA program, complete with interactive topographical maps of Australia. You can use these maps on a computer or PDA, for planning. Connect to a GPS for real time navigation, with updates on your position, and distance and time to go.

Plan your routes and print maps or charts from computer or PDA. With a GPS connected it will show your position on a full colour detailed map and help you navigate your way. When you return home, the Performance Review features let you see exactly where you've travelled, distance covered and speeds. You can even add your own notes, digital pictures or any other files directly to the maps. Finding your way becomes easier, safer and more fun. Bring the included maps (or your own) and Aerial Photos to life with the 3D-World tool. Visualise routes and tracks in an interactive 3D terrain model. Pan, zoom and spin the map or change the lighting to envision the hills during different times of the day. 3D-World takes off with the Fly mode. Automatically fly through 3D terrain along your own route or track or pilot the flight yourself using the manual Fly mode controls. Select your camera angle, height and position, then record and play back your own custom flight path. Create and save 3D Fly-through movies of routes and tracks on your PC in .avi format. Use your favorite video editing package (or Windows Movie Maker, included free with Windows XP & Vista) to edit or resize the resulting video to share with your friends, race participants or on the internet!

The versatility of this DVD is endless. With a map on screen you can now bring up the Google satellite photo of the same spot in your web browser (Internet access required). For performance cyclists using the Garmin Edge (or similar) you can now extract and display the pedal cadence from your track log. For marine users you can now display NMEA data from your echo sounder such as water depth graph etc.

Use real colour maps on a PC or Pocket PC to help you find your way. Simply click on the map to plan your route and see leg distance, compass bearing, journey length and estimated trip time. Now you can even check the lay of the land with our 3D View™.
Create and print full colour personalised route maps at a scale of your choice. Add detailed notes to your maps and print your own route card. With the new Relief Shading print options you'll see 3D terrain on an accurate 2D scale map. Just a glance at the map shows all the hills and valleys making it easy to interpret contour lines.

Display a pointer arrow showing the direction, bearing and distance to the next waypoint. The map scrolls and records a track as you move.
