The
Medium POD allows for the use of mid-size GPS devices and other CF and SD accessories while providing full environmental and impact protection from your
Otterbox 1900.You can also use this pod with CF and SD scanning devices.
The Medium POD installs in place of the standard
Otterbox 1900 POD lid and provides additional room inside the case to allow for GPS devices to be installed directly into the PDA while still being enclosed in the case.
The Medium POD allows for users to operate GPS devices in the harshest of environments without worrying about damaging expensive equipment. The standard pod lid (included with the 1900) will fit a CF device with maximum dimensions of Length
55mm (2.17"), Width 76mm (3.0") and Height 22mm (.88").
The medium pod lid will fit a CF device with maximum dimensions of Length
77mm (3.0"), Width 80mm (3.15"), and Height 22mm (.88"). This length includes the entire CF device including the card section.
