On the Road to Continuous Improvement
The Whereis navigation database has over 800,000 kilometers
of road connecting more than 88% of Australia's population. The road
network is like a living thing, continually growing, changing and
evolving. Pacific Access and UBD are dedicated to an ongoing Quality
Control program of improvements and amendments in an attempt to keep
up with suburban expansions, new freeways and bypasses and local
council alterations such as new roundabouts, one way streets and
turn restrictions.
While every attempt is made to ensure the
published maps are as accurate as possible, there may be
changes that did not make the published deadline or new
alterations since the latest data was released.
If during your travels you find an error
or anomaly in the map data in your City Navigator Australia
CD rom, or your Garmin StreetPilot3, or GPSV portable in-car
navigator, we would appreciate your feedback. Pacific Access
can then investigate and correct the error for future revisions.
How to Report Anomalies
Anomalies should be reported on the correct Anomaly Form and
forwarded to GME Electrophone's head office in Sydney.
To report an anomaly, simply download an
Anomaly Reporting Form in PDF format, print it out then
Post or Fax the completed form to us. Your report will
be investigated and submitted to Pacific Access who will
contact you directly if further feedback is required.
