* Detailed maps of every road, track and street in Australia. With this purchase, you'll have access to the entire CD ROM coverage. View all Australian map details on your personal computer. Use it to plan a trip, create routes, and points, and load to the GPS.
** Includes detailed maps containing motorways, national and regional thoroughfares urban streets and local roads, with attributes such as turn restrictions, and one-way. Some roads will be suitable only for off-road capable drivers. Roads in some government and reserve areas, and private property may not be shown.
* Points of interest such as food and drink, lodging, golf courses, theatres and cinemas, petrol stations, hospitals and more.
* Software will automatically create point-to-point routes in MapSource on the PC, and on compatible GARMIN units.
The detailed mapping on this CD rom is also supplied on a memory chip for the Garmin StreetPilot 2610, the C320, i3, and Quest portable In-Car navigation GPS and on CD to load the iQue 3600 PDA and the iQue M5 PDA.

City Navigator Australia is a Garmin MapSource product, and can be used 3 ways:-

Digital Map loader (to some Garmin GPS or GPS memory card),

Computer Map Viewer, and real-time Moving Map,

Waypoint and Route Calculator/Manager.
TRIP AND WAYPOINT MANAGEMENT - The trip and waypoint management functions of this product work with nearly all GARMIN GPS units, excluding the GPS 100 family and panel mount aviation units. The real-time track plotting function will work only with GPS products that have valid unlock codes for City Navigator Australia. It also requires a free download from Garmin's website.

 Professional users will find City Navigator Australia a convenient method of saving Garmin GPS points and tracks from all models, except the early GPS100 series. Export points and tracks in a convenient GPX text or DXF file, complete with header information on datum and format. |

The MapSource™ WorldMap CD-ROM provides coverage worldwide, with basemap-level detail, including political boundaries, cities, towns, major motorways and/or interstates, and principal highways; lakes, major streams, and rivers; and urban areas and railroads. WorldMap displays excellent coastline detail which includes many offshore islands, as well as worldwide nautical navaids such as daybeacons, radiobeacons, RACONs, fog signals, lights, buoys, and other navaids.
