Nowadays it seldom happens that one is genuinely impressed with something. I can honestly say that after ordering my Garmin GPS from you guys, I am very impress with the prompt delivery of my product. I ordered it on Monday night, and Wednesday morning it had travelled all across Australia and was on my table. Thank you very much.

Hi,
Went online and ordered my Garmin 1450T on Thursday and within 24 hours was available at my Post Office Box. How good is that? I realised that there might be a slight delay sending it to a postal box, but staff at my local PO took the time to ring and let me know that it had arrived.
Loads of features - just getting to grasps with it now. First trial coming up this morning even though it is only local and I know the way. But getting ready for the longer trips later this year.

I called in to your Boondall store on Saturday to replace the car power adapter for my Nuvi 310 because the end had somehow disappeared. The young man serving me could have just pulled one down from behind the counter but instead looked at the my damaged unit and said I think I can fix that with a couple of spare parts. He went out back and after a short while returned with my little baby fixed. He tested it on their power supply and it was as good as gold and for only a small labour charge.

Just some feedback to say I'm impressed with your service. Not only was Johnny Appleseed GPS price competative but the service was very efficient. Received cases this morning (Fri, 8 Jan) and invoice and receipt in mail. So from me, well done.

Called in to your shop on Ipswich Rd recently.
You have a salesman called Kelsie??
He was just the best person salesman I have ever spoken to. (Other than you).
His manner, his explanations and his knowledge of the Colarado, Oregon and Dakota with all the different models of each etc, etc was just great.
His advise made lots of sence to me and I did not find myself discussing or arguing at all - this is not normal for me.
Congratulations on getting him - I will be contacting him in the future.

To whom it may concern,
Last week I placed an order for a Garmin Oregon 300 at around 4pm and it arrived (by Aust. Air Exp.) the next morning at 11am. I also placed an order for a case last Friday to be delivered by normal post. It arrived today (Monday). What terrific service – Well done!!
I also want to make comment on the Oregon 300 and Garmin Topo charts....
As a VFR pilot and a professional Navigator I am SO impressed with this little device and associated software. The unit has exceptional sensitivity and for all of those reviews suggesting the screen is too dark in the sunlight – It isn’t, and these people are obviously very hard to please. The usability of this device is the best that I’ve used and the touch screen provides a simple user interface.
JA, well done one the prompt service and I’ll definitely be recommending you to others.

Hi guys
This is the first time I've dealt with your company and just wanted to let you know I was very impressed with your prompt, efficient service. I bought a Garmin c510 GPS navigator from a big national chain about a week ago but they couldn't supply me with another mount for a second car. Placed an order with you online early yesterday - about half the price I'd been quoted by the big chain - and a genuine Garmin mount arrived carefully packed and with full documentation in a bit over 24 hours. Very impressive indeed and I'll certainly be doing business with you again.
