If you are in the region where you purchased your aircraft, all shipping costs will be covered by DJI.

Important Information:

1. DJI Care Refresh can only be applied to brand new, unactivated aircraft that have never been flown.
2. DJI Care Refresh purchased in Australia can only be applied to products purchased from authorized Australian DJI retailers (no grey imports)
3. The DJI Care Refresh program offers additional cover for accidental damage or crash to the craft only, and does not interfere with normal warranty claims.
4. In the event of an accidental crash or damage to the craft, you are eligible to purchase a refurbished craft for $139. If you want to make a 2nd claim, then the price will be $199.
5. You can only make up to 2 claims, and the cover is only valid for 12 months.
6. DJI Care Refresh ONLY applies to the craft, gimbal, and camera. It does not cover the charger, or remote controller.
