Good mount.

Dose the job, holds the unit well. Can not fall out. Unit to power connection good. Also has a cap to cover power connection when unit is not in holder.

Pros: Works well, good lock to hold in place

Nice bit of kit

Bought to attach inReach to adventure motorcycle. It is a strong and secure mount. It does exactly what it says on the box. No surprises. Recommended.

Pros: Simple yet secure clipping mechanism
Cons: Nothing. It just works,well.

Rock solid connection

Solid USB cable, and good locking mechanism are features of this unit. Garmin always seemed to be 100% charged. Slightly undermines the notion of having the unit "on your person" (like a Spot, or the Inreach Mini), but the larger Inreach is great for detailed Mapping, and this mount puts the maps in an easy sight line. (took off 1 star for this 'total reason')

Pros: Attention to detail, All parts supplied, Garmin unit stayed put off-road.

Great Device - Crap Mount

This mount is easy to use with the Inreach device, however the mount has rubber grommets in the screw holes that are the same size as the standard RAM mounting screws, so when you tighten the screws they pull straight through the rubber grommets. Extremely poorly designed and you have to use additional larger washers to actually mount the RAM backing plates.

Hi Matt, we recommend the RAM-B-347-G4U to attach to the back of this Garmin holder, and it also comes with the correct size bolts that won't pull through.
