In 2018 the battery in my Garmin Satnav Montana ... failed and on 26 September, I purchased a new one from you on-line !! The problem with the unit persisted and I assumed that it was the device and retired it after much re-setting and research !! Having just bought another battery online from you the device works perfectly again !! Clearly, the battery you sold me on 26 September 2018 was a dud !! Regards, Shilo My Garmin Montana Satnav started losing power in September, 2018 !! I contacted you and was persuaded to purchase a new battery ... which I did from you on 26 September 2018 !! The problem still persisted, so I assumed after further phone calls with you that the fault was in my unit, which I subsequently retired whilst I travelled overseas !! I have now purchased another battery online from you and the Unit works perfectly ... ie: your first battery was a dud !! Regards, Shilo
