What do I need to bring?

• Credit Card orders: Passport/Driver's License, Credit Card used for the purchase and your Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
• PayPal orders: Passport/Driver's License, PayPal transaction ID and your Order Number (found in your confirmation email).

Can someone else pick up the items for me?

No, due to security risks our current Click and Collect policy requires the cardholder to pickup the goods, and bring the credit card with them. For PayPal orders, the PayPal account name must match the ID shown to staff when picking up.

When can I collect my items?

You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please wait until that notification has been received before coming into the store.

Click and Collect limitations

Click and Collect is not available for all items. Orders over $2,000 AUD in value are not eligible for Click and Collect pickup.

Currently Click and Collect is available at all stores for items that are in stock. You can view stock levels in the Stock Status section on our product pages. Check our store opening hours for Click & Collect availability.
