I live over 350km from the Rocklea store. Ordered 1st thing in the morning, paid for priority freight. Confirmation of dispatch of order received with the hour, freight tracking available an hour later. Goods arrived 9 o'clock the next day. Very impressed. Due to my error I broke a connection on an existing Tee As previous transaction had gone so well I placed an order for a replacement Tee, there was a mix up with the order picking at the warehouse and a cable was sent in error (part number one digit different). Emailed Rocklea store, sorted out in ten minutes, new part sent prioity post at no cost. It was truly refreshing to find an Australian company that believes so passionately in customer service and their pricing is good too. Forget fleabay and as Molly Meldrum once said ......
