Garmin Non Skid Mount Nuvi Series (010-10908-00)

I thought that this would be a great product because I could easily position my GPS on my Dashboard rather than attach it to the window and pray that the suction stayed. Instead, the first corner I came to that I had to go around at a speed of more than 40km/h, it slipped right off the dashboard and onto the floor, taking my mobile phone with it! I thought maybe it was the speed, but even accelerating at the stop lights or swerving to avoid another driver coming into my lane unexpectantly resulted in the same failure. I took it back to the store and reverted back to the suction cap on the window instead.

I was searching Johnny Appleseed website for a dashboard mount for my GPS. I selected one and asked online if it was suitable for my model. This was exactly what was described and suggested for our Garmin that we purchased. It hasn’t moved at all and when not in use, easy to pop away out of sight and leaves no marks on the windscreen.
