Garmin zumo 390LM Tyre Pressure Monitor

Monitor Your Motorcycle's Tire Pressure Easily As You Ride

Wireless tyre pressure monitor sensor (TPMS).

Single wireless tyre pressure monitor to suit the Garmin zumo 390LM motorcycle GPS.
The system works with up to 4 tires in any configuration (not intended for automotive use). One TPMS sensor is required for each tire (sold separately; metal valve stems only).
Fasten 1 TPMS sensor to each metal tire valve stem, then pair TPMS with your zmo 390LM. View the real-time data right on your zumo display.
TPMS lets you set custom pressure thresholds. If tire pressure changes, TPMS issues an alert. TPMS also enables you to monitor tire pressure trends over time. With TPMS, it's possible to detect a slow leak before it becomes a bigger problem.
Each TPMS sensor is powered by a single, replaceable battery that may last up to 18 months, depending on individual use. To preserve battery life, TPMS rests in low-power mode, then "wakes up" when movement is detected.

Great safety device

I found this device very easy to set-up and found it to work very well out on the road, no more worrying about tyres going down or letting me down on the road. Garmin have always worked very well for me and this is no exception.

Pros: Simplicity, very intuitive set-up
Cons: Possibly a bit on the large size, but did not upset wheel balance

Great unit - improved over older Zumo 660 mount

I got this to connect to my Zumo 595LM. Pot in supplied batteries, connect via bluetooth in seconds and works perfectly well. Fitted to a Husqvarna 701 Supermoto and it senses pressure perfectly well. Haven't had the need to test the low pressure warning but I expect it will work very well. can't report battery life but they shut down when not in use and GPS says so. They fire up after a few wheel turns.

Pros: Works perfectly well. Appears to be no wheel balance issues
Cons: None so far

Great Devices.

Purchased Tyre Pressure Wireless monitors and fitted them to the bike. Two weeks later Low Battery warning alarm. Battery dead. How long have these items been sitting on shelf. Doubt if i will purchase anything in the future.

Hi Brian, these items are typically ordered and sold weekly, and have a very high turnover rate. If the battery is faulty please bring it back in or get in touch with us so we can supply a new one as the battery will last significantly longer than this.

Good option to have on a motorcycle

I updated my Garmin GPS mainly for the TPM option, the front unit works a treat, but the rear one drops out and you have to reset the message to get the map back again, I will be logging a warranty claim this week. knowing Garmin this should be painless

Pros: Easy to install, neat units
Cons: Rear sender drops out
