    Excellent for Motorcycling

Such a major advance over the zumo 595LM. Simple to use and install, comes with a Ram mount & only the required power cable, doesn't have a big bundle of unnecessary cables you have to tuck away on the limited room on a motorcycle. Havent used it in the rain yet, but it works a treat straight out of the box for both night and day riding and with the added topo maps, it switches seamlessly. I like the adventurous routing option too, it has so far picked up the 4wd trails i want as well. Forget the older one, go straight to this, 🙂

Pros: Very easy to use and view while riding. Much quicker processor rendering maps and Searching places. Very intuitive to use. No huge bundle of unnecessary cables i wouldnt use.
Cons: No audible click when pushing it into mounting, leaving me worried it might fall out when riding off road.

    Great device - crap mount

On first ride, popped out of mount onto road at high speed after about an hour on the bike. The mount system does not positively "click" to indicate security, no audible or tactile feedback. (Garmin replaced the unit and mount but did not accept that there was a problem with the unit or mount. I note that US users have complained about devices being loose in the mount.) Have been trying to connect with BaseCamp (2 x Mac computers) for weeks, but Garmin cannot help (suggest a new computer even though my Zumo 660 and my NUVI connect ok). The unit itself has great nav options, a fantastic screen, easily visible in bright sunlight, and good Garmin basics. Connects easily to phone etc. The "Adventure" option for route selection is ideal for motor cycle, and offers and alternative routing which includes more corners and more fun!! Cannot fault that part of the device, but the other stuff is disappointing.

Pros: Great screen - good navigation options
Cons: Terrible mount - won't connect to BaseCamp

    Great improvement over the ZUMO595LM

Unreal screen and a very good device overall. One disappointment for me is that it no longer supports TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring).

    Pros: Screen is excellent.
    Cons: No TPMS!

Great Device, easy read in daylight, great design

This is the best motorcycle GPS on market (IMHO), great design and looks factory fitted when sitting above bikes with Modern Hi-Res (TFT) Dash Screens... easy to read in direct sunlight... works perfect with Sena headsets (unlike earlier Garmin models that had that horrific phone delay and poor quality voice).. Great Size screen for easy viewing.. Nice feature set with Alerts and Garmin Base Camp for those mega long rides... Works Perfect with KTM (Adventure) GPS Mounts and easy to wire in to bike and run against ACC switching..

Pros: Perfect in bright sun, modern design, easy setup... works well with Sena Products
    Cons: none
