Made of die cast marine grade aluminum, durability won’t be a concern. The patented rubber ball dampens shock and vibration helping to maintain the performance of the mounted device.

Simple to use and install, this great little product is compatible with numerous 1" ball mount systems. Designed to be compact and discrete, the Twist and Turn won't take up a lot of space but will provide a world of mounting possibilities.

Included are the following male threaded screws:
M10 x 1.25 x 20mm
M10 x 1.25 x 40mm
M8 x 1.25 x 20mm

Quality construction as expected from RAM. Easy to fit once found space on the bars. Appears to maintain it's position despite road vibrations and wind

Quality constructed item that is in line with the whole range of RAM products. Once I found room on the bar area it was a simple fit. The tilt mechanism seems to withstand the road vibration and the wind resistence which is more then I can say for the Tom Tom GPS head

Pros: Easy to fit, sturdy

Excellent idea but needs more work.

The way the top ball section is secured means it is difficult to tighten it enough to use the ball in any position (ie 45, 90, 180). If you try to use the ball at 45 degrees the weight of a GPS means the ball section will just slip and drop down to horizontal. Unfortunately this means that the only real position it can be used is with the ball horizontal.

Pros: Flixible positioning.
Cons: Design of the ball section join, an O ring isn't enough to stop movement.
