A great experience for purchasing my first smartwatch. I actually went into the St Kilda store and met Matthew who was very knowledgeable and more than happy to help out with any questions I had. He even went out of his way to find extra information to help out even further. I couldn't believe how great the service was after trying to get information about the watch from other stores. I was also surprised at how many accessories were in store compared to anywhere else I had tried to look at the Fenix watch. I certainly don't regret driving a bit further to get great customer service and the best advice possible. I only wish I had done it sooner. Thank you very much for all your help and knowledge you passed on Matthew. It's greatly appreciated!
